What is preview?

Preview (Advising & Course Registration) is the opportunity for new students to register for their classes for the first semester they attend Salisbury University. Students meet with academic advisors who help to put them on the right course of study based on their declared major. Undeclared students get the same academic advisement and are provided with viable options for their course selections.

In June, new students are assigned a day to come to campus, with their families. This day is packed full of information for students and parents with regard to academics, billing and information, housing and residence life, personal safety and wellness and dining options, to name a few.

In July, new transfer students have the same opportunity. Students who are entering for the Spring semester will attend Preview in January.

This year’s dates are:   Monday, June 19 through Friday, June 23, 2006 and
Monday, June 26 through Friday, June 30, 2006
(New Students)

Tuesday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 12, 2006
(Transfer Students)
