Committed to the fulfillment of the Salisbury University Mission, the Division of Student Affairs builds meaningful relationships with students prior to arrival on campus, in and out of the classroom and through graduation, in an intentional effort to foster student success. The Division of Student Affairs is committed to supporting students as they prepare for meaningful lives and careers as well as challenging students to engage in activities and organizations that facilitate personal growth, develop successful life skills and contribute to civic involvement. By empowering all students to become active and successful members of the learning community, students will be educated to:

  • Commit to academic achievement;
  • Lead healthy lifestyles;
  • Think critically and reflectively;
  • Appreciate individual and cultural differences;
  • Foster a positive balance between autonomy and interdependence;
  • Assume leadership roles;
  • Act in a manner that best represents
