The online application system (Collegenet) will open in September 2018
for fall 2019 applications. Here are the new due dates:
Completed applications (including all letters of recommendation and offical transcripts from each college and university attended), submitted by January 15, 2019 will be considered and notified first.
All other applications must be submitted by the final due date of April 1, 2019
to be considered for fall 2019.

Social work is a profession devoted to helping people function the best they can in their environment. Social workers are people who care about people—who want to make a difference. The Online MSW option at Salisbury University is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and offers students the opportunity to earn their degree online in a student-centered, supportive environment. The online option will follow a 20-student cohort model per year with fall admission only. All courses will be offered in 7-week blocks, year round, allowing students to complete the regular option in 3 years (or the advanced standing in 17 months). Students will be required to work with the Online Field Director to identify and secure their field placement.
Orientation for admitted students will be online and mandatory. The orientation must be completed by mid-August (an exact date will be communicated to enrolled students). It will include information on:

The tuition and fee structure of the Online MSW option differs from the face-to-face and blended programs on-campus and through our satellite locations.
In order to be successful in the online option, you will need to have access to the following technologies:
*Use of a tablet is accepted, but you will need to have access to a laptop or desktop in the event that a certain course component does not display or function properly on your tablet.
