As social workers it is crucial that we take care of ourselves, so that we can ultimately help others. Personal wellness and self-care can sometimes take a backseat when you are faced with the responsibilities that come with classwork, field placements, jobs, family, and friends. Learning how to take care of yourself while is school will only help as you begin your careers as social workers.
