How to Apply to the Master's Program

General Requirements

The University is revising its Graduate Application materials - please check back in August for the Application for Fall 2013

• Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
• Additional Information for admission into the MSW Program
• Professional resume
• Three sealed and signed letters of recommendation
• Three personal statements

Additional Requirements for Advanced Standing

• MSW Advanced Standing recommendation form

• Detailed evaluation of your previous field experience performance from the agency supervisor
• One of the three letters of recommendation must be from a field placement, one from an academic source, and one from either an employer or professional colleague or community associate

Deadline

• February 2nd - we are no longer accepting applications for Fall 2012
