| Driving to Salisbury
It is possible to drive to Salisbury from north, east, west, and
south.
From the west:
U.S. Route 50 passes west-east through Salisbury. It is the major route
between Washington, D.C., and Ocean City, Maryland. As BUSINESS
Route 50 (designated BUS 50) passes through the center of Salisbury,
eastbound travelers will want to turn south on U.S. Business Route 13
toward Salisbury University. We are about two hours east of the
Chesapeake Bay bridge at Annapolis, Maryland.
From the north:
U.S. Business Route 13 passes north-south through Salisbury. In fact, it
touches the eastern edge of the Salisbury University campus. We are less
than three hours south of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, area.
From the south:
U.S. Business Route 13 passes north-south through Salisbury. In fact, it
touches the eastern edge of the Salisbury University campus. We are less
than three hours north of the Norfolk, Virginia, area.
From the east:
Park your submarine at the Ocean City public landing, then take U.S.
Route 50 west to Salisbury. In Salisbury, follow the signs to campus. |
