The graduating class of Spring
'04 was the largest class in the history of the Fulton School of Arts. Thirty
students are graduating with their Bachelor of Arts degree and nine students
with their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. The class had a very unique blend
of artists working together to host the 30th Annual Senior Art Show in the
Atrium Gallery in Fulton Hall. Students with backgrounds in Graphic Design,
Painting, Sculpture, Glass, Ceramics, and Photography all worked together
to publicize and set up the show, with amazing results. It has been said that
this year's show was one of the best in the history of the program, and many
students have successfully sold some of their artwork already.
The students would like to thank everyone who attended the opening,
helping to make it one of the most well-attended openings. The Fulton School
of Art is growing quickly, and it is important to see the university and Salisbury
community supporting the artists.
