Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity is a nationally based fraternity and is one of the most active fraternities in the country. It was originally founded in 1899 to develop the mental, moral, and social aspects of college men. It was founded at SU on February 7, 1987. TKE is known to both the campus and the community for its civic and charitable activities. TKE helps to develop a young college student in the mind, body, and heart by practicing the values of love, charity, and esteem necessary to succeed in the world today.
