Description:
The Salisbury University Union of African American Students promotes a better understanding and relationship among all people to attune the University and the community to the needs of African-Americans and other minorities. The UAS promotes academic success of the members of this union, to support the mission of the University and to address & pursue issues concerning the welfare of the members of this union. Membership in the UAS is open to all Salisbury University students. The organization sponsors benefits, dances, events, and speakers.
