Description: The Flyer, SU's only student-run newspaper, is a dedicated news body that provides timely reporting to the entire campus. The paper is a forum for interesting topics relevant to SU students and includes the News, Editorial, Gull Life and Sports sections. The Flyer offers work experience to aspiring journalists at SU and some students complete Communication Arts practicum experiences with this newspaper. All students are encouraged to get involved and write, take photos or sell advertisements for The Flyer. Meetings are held every Sunday at 8 p.m. in The Flyer office, GUC room 215. No experience necessary.
