The Office of Student Activities has introduced new event planning policies, procedures, and resources for student groups on campus beginning Fall 2011.

This is the central website for registered student organization (RSO) event planning. Event planning is fun and exciting and is one of the main ways that groups can recruit members, garner interest for their cause and further the mission of their organization. However, without solid planning and organization, an event can result in stress and frustration.

Beginning Fall 2011, RSOs must use the tools and information provided on this page in order to plan an event. This comprehensive resource will inform you of the policies that apply to events held on campus. It will guide you through the necessary steps to work with the Office of Student Activities to plan your event, and it will assist you with tried and true methods of ensuring your event is well-executed and attended by many students.
