Colleen serves as the primary person in the Tuition Residency Office and performs all preliminary reviews, follow-up with students, and coordinates all documentation for appeals.   Any questions regarding the policy, how to fill out forms, etc. should be addressed to her.  She also provides assistance to any student and/or potential student regarding both the petition form and any applicable appeal.

Alan serves as the President's designee for deciding tuition residency appeals. Although he can assist students in obtaining the proper documentation for the appeal, he cannot adjudicate an appeal without all information first having been submitted to the Tuition Residency Office and subsequently having received the recommendation from the Residency Appeals Committee.
