Transcript Ordering for Non-current Students

  1. To order a transcript visit www.salisbury.edu/registrar/transcripts.html.
  2. To order a transcript, scroll to the bottom of the page. Here it asks if you have an active GullNet or SU Network Login. If you are a current student or if you have recently graduated, click "Yes." Recent graduates have access up to 18 months after leaving Salisbury University. If you are not a current student or recent graduate, click "No."
  3. If you have ordered transcripts electronically before, simply log in you're your account that you created. If this is your first time ordering a transcript, click "Create account."
  4. This will bring you to a page that asks for your identifying information. Fill out this form as completely as possible. At the bottom of the page there will be a "CAPCHTA" that will ask you to type in characters shown here. If you are unable to read these characters, click the blue refresh button. Once you have completed the form, click "Submit."
  5. This will bring you to a page where you can select what type of transcript you would like to order.
  6. To send a transcript to a Maryland college or university or to send an electronic transcript, click the first two options. If you'd like a paper transcript and you'd like to pick it up in the Registrar's Office, click the third option. Or if you'd like a paper transcript mailed to you or to another address, select "Mailed."
  7. I'd like to select E-Transcript because that is what a majority of the students will be using. The E-Transcript will order a secure, certified copy of a .pdf to wherever you would like to send it.
  8. To order it, provide complete delivery details, including the recipient name, e-mail address and any supporting documents that you may need.
  9. Once you have completed the delivery details, click "Add to Cart."
  10. This will bring up your shopping cart contents. For each transcript you ordered there should be one in the quantity box. If this is the correct number of transcripts, click "Checkout."
  11. This will bring up a consent form to release academic records. If you would like your transcripts to be released, click "I Accept" and then "Next."
  12. This will bring up a page to enter your payment methods, electronic transcripts are $4 and paper transcripts are $6. It will automatically bring up your billing address as the address you entered on the first screen. If this is incorrect, click "Change Billing Address." If it is correct, click "Next."
  13. Confirm that all the information is correct and then click "Confirm."
  14. This will bring you to the payment page. Please enter all of your payment information, including credit card type, any billing information if you would just like to copy the billing information to the shipping section click this box then hit submit.
  15. This will bring up the secure check-out page therefore verifying your response.
  16. This will bring you to a confirmation page. Once you have finished your order, click "Log Off."
