Official Salisbury University Transcripts (scroll to bottom of page to login)

Official Salisbury University transcripts can be ordered online, at any time using the following links, to be sent in either an electronic (secure, certified PDF) or paper format.

  • Electronic Transcripts
    Electronic transcripts can be delivered in an expedited period of time, sometimes within minutes (except during grade and degree posting), to any receptor with an e-mail address at a cost of $4 per transcript. For an additional $1.99 you may track the status of your transcript request online and see when it is opened by the receiver.
     
    • Sent to Maryland Public 2 and 4 year institutions
      A SPEEDE/EDI transcript format is also available – for academic purposes only – for Maryland public 2-year, 4-year and graduate institutions at a cost of $4 per transcript. (Requests made for human resources purposes should be made using an electronic [secure, certified PDF] or paper format transcript). 
  • Paper Transcripts
    Paper transcripts will be mailed or made available for pick-up at the Registrar’s Office, Holloway Hall Room 120, within 5 to 7 business days of request at a cost of $6 per transcript. 
     
  • Additional Information
     
    • Orders for official transcripts may not be accepted during scheduled system maintenance: Friday, 5-7 p.m. (EST).
    • Official transcripts cannot be faxed and will not be express mailed, but should instead be ordered for electronic delivery.
    • Transcript fees must be paid by credit or debit card.
    • All transcript holds must be removed before an order can be submitted and processed.
    • Records prior to 1986 may require additional validation for accuracy. Please allow extra time for your initial order if you attended prior to 1986.

  • Before starting an order, login to GullNet and check your unofficial transcript, making sure that everything has posted.
  • Orders cannot be held for grades or degrees.

NOTE:

  • You will need a valid e-mail account (from any provider) to place an order.
  • Knowing and correctly entering your Student ID when setting up an account can expedite your order but is not required.

Official transcripts are certified and signed by the University Registrar. They can be sent directly to you or to another recipient with your authorization.

An electronic (secure, certified PDF) transcript is “official” in its electronic form as long as it is not altered. Each time the file is opened, it will be certified electronically (Internet connection required) to ensure that it has not been altered. A printed copy of a PDF transcript is not official. While electronic transcripts are widely accepted, confirm with your recipients that they will accept this format before ordering.

A paper transcript is “official” only as long as it remains in its sealed envelope. Do not open the sealed envelope if you have ordered the transcript for pick-up and are forwarding the document to another party (an institution, employer or other person). Open the envelope only if you have ordered the transcript for personal use.
