Official transcripts are certified and signed by the University Registrar. They can be sent directly to you or to another recipient with your authorization.  **Orders cannot be held for grades or degrees. Transcript fees must be paid by credit or debit card when you place your order.  We cannot accept cash or checks in our office.**

Electronic Transcript

 Send to any e-mail address

  • Secure and Certified:  Each time the file is opened, it will be certified electronically to ensure that it has not been altered (Internet connection required). A printed copy of the electronic PDF transcript is not official. While electronic transcripts are widely accepted, confirm with the recipient that they will accept this format before ordering.
  • Due to the security features embedded into the electronic transcript you will need to save it to your computer before uploading it to another website.

  • Electronic transcripts can be delivered in an expedited period of time, sometimes within minutes, to any e-mail address at a cost of $4 per transcript.

  • For an additional $1.99 you may track the status of your transcript request online and see when it is opened by the receiver.

  • The link expires in six weeks, please save a copy of it before it expires.

EDI  Transcript  

Send to Maryland Public 2 and 4 Year Institutions

  • For academic purposes only, transcript is sent directly to a Maryland public 2-year, 4-year, and graduate institutions at a cost of $4 per transcript.

  • Requests made for Human Resources purposes should be made using the electronic or paper transcript.

  • While EDI transcripts are accepted at Maryland public schools, confirm with the recipient which format they prefer before ordering.

Paper Transcript

Send to a Mailing Address or Available for Pick Up

  • Paper transcript is official only as long as it remains in its sealed envelope. Student should only open the envelope only if they have ordered the transcript for personal use.

  • Paper transcript can be mailed or available for pick-up at the Registrar’s Office, Holloway Hall Room 120, within 5 to 7 business days of request at a cost of $6 per transcript.

Additional Information:

  • Orders for official transcripts may not be accepted during scheduled system maintenance: Friday, 5-7 p.m. (EST).
  • Current Students - Some grades, degrees or other information may not be on your record. Before starting an order, login to GullNet and check your unofficial transcript, making sure that everything has posted. 
  • Official transcripts cannot be faxed and will not be express mailed, but should instead be ordered for electronic delivery.
  • All transcript holds must be removed before an order can be submitted and processed.
  • Having problems with the transcript system? Try using Internet Explorer, clear your cache, and unblock pop-ups.

Notes for Setting up an Account:

  • A valid e-mail account (from any provider) is required to place an order for transcripts.
  • Student ID is not required when setting up an account.

  • Records prior to 1986 may require additional validation for accuracy. Please allow extra time for your initial order if you attended prior to 1986.

  • If you previously used a Salisbury.edu email address that is no longer working please create a new account and disable your old account as directed. For more information review these directions.
