Official transcripts are certified and signed by the University Registrar. They can be sent directly to you or to another recipient with your authorization. **Orders cannot be held for grades or degrees. Transcript fees must be paid by credit or debit card when you place your order. We cannot accept cash or checks in our office.**

Due to the security features embedded into the electronic transcript you will need to save it to your computer before uploading it to another website.
Electronic transcripts can be delivered in an expedited period of time, sometimes within minutes, to any e-mail address at a cost of $4 per transcript.
For an additional $1.99 you may track the status of your transcript request online and see when it is opened by the receiver.

Send to Maryland Public 2 and 4 Year Institutions
For academic purposes only, transcript is sent directly to a Maryland public 2-year, 4-year, and graduate institutions at a cost of $4 per transcript.
Requests made for Human Resources purposes should be made using the electronic or paper transcript.
Send to a Mailing Address or Available for Pick Up
Paper transcript is official only as long as it remains in its sealed envelope. Student should only open the envelope only if they have ordered the transcript for personal use.
Paper ranscript can be mailed or available for pick-up at the Registrar’s Office, Holloway Hall Room 120, within 5 to 7 business days of request at a cost of $6 per transcript.

Student ID is not required when setting up an account.
Records prior to 1986 may require additional validation for accuracy. Please allow extra time for your initial order if you attended prior to 1986.
