UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
- Any UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE student who misses a fall or spring
semester at SU, must be reinstated by filling out the Readmission
Application and submitting it to the Registrar’s Office.
- Each academic department has its own specific requirements for
admission to it’s major. Undergraduate students should contact the major
department to determine if they meet the prerequisites.
GRADUATE STUDENTS
- Any GRADUATE student who does not take a minimum of one graduate
class at SU in a calendar year (including fall, winter, spring and
summer terms) must be reinstated by filling out the Readmission
Application for the next term.
- All graduate students must obtain authorization for
reinstatement to their graduate program from the director of that
graduate program. Their signature must be obtained before the
student can be reactivated.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Any newly admitted student who withdraws before or during
the 1st week of school must apply through Admissions for any
future term.
- Any student who has earned a degree at SU and wishes to
start a new degree program must complete a new application
through Admissions.
- Any student reapplying for admission who has missed two
consecutive semesters (fall & spring) must submit a Residency
Form to be considered for In-State residency.
- Undergraduate Students requesting on-campus housing should
contact the Housing Office, (410)
543-6040, to verify the availability of a room,
and to determine if they need to complete and submit any
additional documents or forms. Graduate students are not
eligible for on-campus housing.
- Students requesting financial aid should contact the
Financial Aid Office to determine if they need to complete and
submit any additional documents or forms.
