Social Activities

Bridge Club

Bridge clubNow in its twelfth year, a bi-weekly Faculty/Staff Bridge game is still alive and kicking. This is a strictly social activity and players of all skill levels (even beginners!) are welcomed. Can't play every time? Don't worry. Join us when you can. We send out e-mail reminders to interested players just to keep everyone in the loop.

Our first game of the semester is scheduled for Tuesday evening (8 September) at 7:00PM. We play in the Biology Conference Room (Henson Science Building, RM 213).

If you would like to be included on our e-mail distribution list for game reminders or if you want/need more information, please e-mail Mark Holland. We hope to hear from you - and to see you one of these nights across the card table. Welcome to SU.

Seagull Social Club

The Club welcomes friends into the Salisbury University community and acquaints members with events available on campus. The Club ties its social events with theatre presentations, symphony and musical programs, as well as home athletic events.

The Sea Gull Social Club brings together members of the local community and University faculty and staff in a social atmosphere consisting of friendly conversation, good food and drink.

The Sea Gull Social Club members provide support by giving 15 percent of their dues to the General Scholarship Fund at Salisbury University.

An invitation is extended to all new faculty and staff to join the Sea Gull Social Club for its first cocktail party of the semester on September 12th – in the Miller Alumni Garden at the Alumni House (1120 Camden Ave.) - 6:00 pm.
