We are excited to share with you the Salisbury University Strategic Plan 2009-2013.

Strategic Plan 2009-2013 PDF

The Strategic Planning process was created to bring together existing campus planning efforts and allow members of our community to participate in creating a plan for the future of Salisbury University.

In January 2008, the campus and the larger community were invited to participate in workshops across campus to help us identify those qualities that help to make SU A Maryland University of National Distinction. The results of those workshops helped to shape this plan, as did other ongoing planning efforts focused on enrollment and facilities as well as the data and survey information collected through those processes.

The resulting plan will help shape the University’s efforts over the coming five years, while being flexible enough to adjust to unanticipated challenges and opportunities. Overall, the plan does not call for a major shift to the focus or mission of SU, but it confirms that the University is in a very positive position.
