2013-2014 Vehicle Registration Form

(permits on sale 7/22/2013)

This application is for a parking permit that is valid from Sept. 1-Aug. 31 of the Academic Year. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a parking space. You are responsible for reading and understanding the Traffic Rules and Regulations brochure available in the Parking Services Office. The map in the brochure indicates in which lots each color permit is allowed. Not knowing this will not be accepted as an excuse if fines are received when parking improperly.

Students will have the opportunity to purchase a parking permit online based on their class standing.  Permits will be offered to upperclassmen on a first-come, first-served basis, factoring in class standing and space availability.  Online permit sales will begin on 7/22/2013 according to the following schedule:

  • Fall '13 Seniors and Graduate Students (90+ earned credits) sign up starting at 8 a.m., July 22
  • Fall '13 Juniors (60-89 earned credits) sign up starting at 8 a.m., July 29
  • Fall '13 Sophomores (30-59 earned credits) sign up starting at 8 a.m., August 5
  • Fall '13 Freshmen (0-29 earned credits) and students interested in evening-only permits can sign up starting at 8 a.m., July 22. Freshmen are eligible only for East Campus parking.

You may purchase your permit online by accessing your GullNet account and following navigation path: Self-Service -> Campus Finances -> Register for a Parking Permit. The permit cost will be posted to the student account, generally within one business day after you register for a permit.

From this page you may fill out a Vehicle Registration form and then print out the completed form which you can bring to the Parking Services Office to complete the vehicle registration process and receive your parking decal. Student parking permits may be picked up beginning Monday, August 5.
