Telephone Misuse A resident of St. Martin Hall reported receiving two annoying and unwanted photo messages from an unknown subject. Case is being investigated by University Police. The subject was identified by University Police and advised to refrain from contacting Victim via text messages, any futher contact would result in Criminal charges being filed.

Theft A student reported a bicycle was stolen from a bike rack on west side of Caruthers Hall. The bicycle was secured to the bike rack with a chain type bike lock.

Trespassing An employee reported he filed and received a Peace Order from the District Court against his ex-girlfriend, University Police responded to the scene, but the subject was gone upon officers arrival. A No-Trespass letter was sent to the subject. A Peace order was filed and granted to the Petitioner, the Respondent is ordered to stay away from the Petitioner and off the grounds of Salisbury University.

Theft A student reported his unattended skateboard was stolen from Maggs Gym. Victim advised that several friends of his observed a subject in the Gull's Nest with the skateboard. The friends were able to retrieve the skateboard from the subject and return it to the victim. Victim did not wish to file criminal charges.

Disorderly Conduct An employee reported a subject was attempting to sell unauthorized T-shirts at a Lacrosse game, when asked to leave the stadium the subject refused. The employee attempted to call University Police and the subject pushed the employee and grabbed the cell phone and threw the phone to the ground. The subject took off running and a foot pursuit ensued. The subject was caught and identified. Criminal charges are pending.

Alcohol Violation A University Police Officer observed two students throw a beach bag over the studium fence during the Lacrosse game, the beach bag contained alcoholic beverages. A Administrative Judicial hearing is pending.
