Notice of No Parking Zones (May 4, 2006)

The City of Salisbury and the Salisbury Police Department have established a temporary on-street parking restriction coinciding with a policy to discourage large gatherings in the East Campus area.
   
Effective 5 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2006 through 8 a.m. Sunday, May 7, 2006 the Salisbury Police Department has implemented a special "No Parking - Tow Zone" on ONLEY ROAD, HALSEY DRIVE, PERRY DRIVE, NIMITZ COURT, SPRUELL DRIVE, BATEMAN STREET and POWER STREET.  Illegally parked vehicles will be towed.

Notification of the "No Parking - Tow Zone" was released during a press conference this morning. Signs have been posted on city street light poles in the designated area. The signs declare the following:

    THE FOLLOWING STREETS ARE DESIGNATED

    NO PARKING - TOW ZONE

    FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING

    FRIDAY, MAY 5, 2006, AT 5:00 PM
               THROUGH
    SUNDAY, MAY 7, 2006, AT 8:00 AM

    ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES
   WILL BE REMOVED

    ONLEY ROAD, HALSEY DRIVE, PERRY DRIVE
   NIMITZ COURT, SPRUELL DRIVE
    BATEMAN STREET, POWER STREET
