Indecent Exposure (February 22, 2004)

On 2/22/04 at approximately 9:30 p.m., residents of Chester Hall reported that an unknown man, standing outside the building on the west side, had exposed himself. The man appeared to be in his 40's. He stood near the window of the lounge and was masturbating. When the witnesses saw him looking in the window, they yelled and the man ran from the area. University Police responded, but could not locate the suspect.
