Physical Plant generates and processes maintenance repair work orders for the entire campus community.
All University personnel can initiate work orders for repairs of such items as leaks, power outages, lighting, safety, locks, general building repairs, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) problems by making a phone call to the Facility Repair Center x7-3097. Requests for housekeeping services can also be phoned into the Facility Repair Center.
Facility Repair Center hours of operation are:
| During Semesters | 7:00 am - 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday |
| Summer Hours | 7:00 am - 4:30 pm | Monday - Friday |
Exceptions for work orders to the Facility Repair Center
are listed below, along with appropriate instructions:
