Mission Statement
We are the
materials management department for the campus. We perform various duties to
include:

Set-up and break-down of University owned equipment
to include tables, chairs, stages, portable dry erase boards, stanchions
and easels (PIC Operations)

Delivery of shipments/supplies
-
Relocation/move office equipment/furniture/surplus
-
Control of surplus equipment
-
Equipment disposal/transfers
-
Provide seating and lecterns for classrooms
-
Purchasing (purchase all furniture and name tags
for the campus)

Public Bidding for Physical Plant
-
Physical Plant employee Uniform Service
We are located on the East Campus at 119 Bateman
Street.
Please feel free to come visit us from 7 am - 5 pm,
Monday - Friday (Summer Hours 7am - 4:30 pm); Shipping/Receiving hours are 8
am - 3:30 pm
