Four faculty members showcased their expertise to the campus community during Salisbury University’s fourth Research Day and Innovation Showcase, held in the new Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons Assembly Hall. Dr. Elise Walker of English kicked off the event, exploring soundtracks and what is heard in film. Dr. Katherine Hinderer discussed ways to create inter-professional partnerships to support health care students. Bill Burke of Information and Decisions Sciences covered entrepreneurship and economic development. And, Dr. Timothy Werner of Health and Sport Sciences explained arterial stiffness and cardiovascular disease. Attendees were applauded by SU Provost Diane Allen for coming to learn what their colleagues and professors across campus are doing. Events concluded with a reception.
