Federal Perkins Loans

The Perkins Loan Program
The Perkins Loan Program is a Title IV, Federal Financial Aid Program revolving, low interest loan (5%) to help you pay for your college education.  Salisbury University is the lender and collection agent for this program.  The university’s Financial Aid Office awards this loan based on a student’s current FAFSA information on file and only awards the Perkins Loan to full-time undergraduates who show exceptional financial need
