Graduation Audit
A graduation review will need to be completed with your
advisee during their program planning session the
semester before they graduate. Please complete their graduation audit and document it
using the graduation advising review sheet above.
Please review the academic requirements report with
the student for accuracy. You are looking for any
transferred credits that have not been accounted for,
repeat credits that can be counted that are not being
counted in the audit, or any irregular postings (any
incompletes or grades that are not reflected accurately
in the student’s records).
* Please note that Graduation Applications are not due
online until May 15 th for fall and
November 15th for spring. Therefore, you will not
have a list of those graduating and will need to ask
your students if they are planning to graduate in the
next semester.
If the student will not have all of their requirements
completed please speak with them about winter or summer
courses. If it is feasible for the student to graduate
with winter or summer courses and the student would like
to pursue this route then please complete the
review sheet and add the information about what semester they
are taking the extra courses and what the courses are
If the student will be delaying their graduation please
include this in your general advising notes.
