Faculty Advisor

Each admitted student will be assigned a Faculty Advisor (August 1 for Fall admits and February 1 for spring admits). To find out who your Faculty Advisor is log onto your GullNet account and follow theses breadcrumbs: Self Service > Student Center > Advisor

You may seek assistance from your Faculty Advisor by making an appointment with them, emailing them. or stopping in during their office hours. Your Faculty Advisor is a great resource to you and will help you throughout your progression in the business school.

Your Faculty Advisor will:

  • Assist you in exploring areas of study. Helping you choose the appropriate majors, minors, and tracks.

  • Have a minimum of five office hours each week. These hours will be posted on your Faculty Advisor’s door or website.

  • Communicate degree requirements, curriculum, graduation requirements, and policies/procedures to you.

  • Listen to you and confidentially advise you. Faculty Advisor’s will not speak with your parents about your academics.

  • Refer you to other offices when appropriate. As well as provide accurate information to you.
