Beta Gamma Sigma Induction

It is with significant pride that Dean Bob Wood authorized the induction of 43 new student members into the Perdue School of Business chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. Beta Gamma Sigma honors the top 20 percent of graduate students as well as the top 10 percent of juniors and seniors. The Salisbury University chapter has been designated by BGS National as a Premier Chapter for the last five years. Dean Wood, the honorary president of the Salisbury University chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, and Dr. Marc Street, faculty advisor, recognized the new members into the society at a ceremony followed by the inaugural dinner attended by family, friends, faculty and administrators of Salisbury University.

Beta Gamma Sigma is the international scholastic honor society recognizing the outstanding academic achievements of students enrolled in collegiate business programs accredited by AACSB International. This is the highest scholastic honor a business student can attain and is recognition of being truly “the best in business.”
