The International Labor Organization (ILO) has published a book titled Resolving Individual Labour Disputes: A Comparative Overview. The author of the chapter on the United States acknowledges the assistance of Dr. E. Patrick McDermott. The chapter cites Dr. McDermott’s body of research in the field, including a law journal article co-authored with PSB colleague and finance professor Dr. Danny Ervin.
