RPDS Council
The Salisbury University Regional Professional Development
Schools (RPDS) Council is a collective body that includes
university and school personnel. Collaboratively this group
meets regularly to discuss candidate performance during field
experiences and clinical practice. The Council provides PDS
stakeholders a voice in decisions related to the professional
preparation of pre-service teacher candidates. RPDS input is
used to improve candidate preparation and ultimately P-12
student achievement. Salisbury University currently partners
with seven school districts and thirty-four public schools in
Maryland.
