12th Annual RPDS Conference Presentation Proposal

All presentation proposals undergo peer review.  Proposals are due by April 7, 2008. Notification regarding presentation acceptance will occur by April 17, 2008.  Each presenter is eligible to earn MSDE credit for presenting.  Contact Stacie Siers for more information.
 

Session Types-

  • Roundtable- presentations are specifically geared toward special area interest groups.  This session type is designed for groups of people to share ideas and to participate in discussion.  Mentors, site coordinators, principals, supervisors and interns may compose a special interest group.
     

  • Thematic- presentations are designed for presenters to share topics related to PDS.  Topics could include: Best Practices, Inquiry/Action Research, PDS Models, PDS Impact on Teaching and P12 Learning, PreK-16 Collaborations, Maryland PDS Standards in Practice, PDS Influence on Diversity and Equity, Maryland Technology Standards, or other projects.

Session Description: The session description will appear in the Conference Program.  Describe your session in 50 words or less.  The session description should describe the purpose, relevance, and benefits of attending your presentation.
