W2 Wage & Tax Statement 

W-2 Wage and Tax Statements are prepared and mailed by the Central Payroll Bureau in Annapolis.  These documents are usually mailed mid January to make the January 31st delivery deadline.

Need a duplicate copy of your W-2?

This year, employees can obtain a duplicate copy of their W-2  via the Internet.  The employee must have their most current pay stub, which contains the information that will allow them access to their record.  This service is available 24 hours a day.
