2015-2016 Parking Permit Purchases/Vehicle Registration Form

(permits on sale beginning 6/15/15 based on class standing)

All student parking permits (except Motorcycle permits) must be purchased online. The permit cost will be posted to the student account. The parking permit is valid from Sept. 1-Aug. 31 of the Academic Year. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a parking space.

To purchase a student parking permit, log in to your GullNet account and navigate to:

  • Self-Service » Campus Finances » Register for a Parking Permit

You are responsible for reading and understanding the Traffic Rules and Regulations Brochure available in the Parking Services Office. The map in the brochure indicates in which lots each color permit is allowed. Not knowing this will not be accepted as an excuse if fines are received when parking improperly.

Similar to course registration, students will have the opportunity to purchase a parking permit based on the number of credit hours reported as earned when the student registers for a permit. Permit purchases will begin on Monday, June 16 at 8:00 am EDT per the schedule below.

Starting June 15 at 8:00am:
Fall 2015 Seniors and Graduate students (90 or more earned credits)

Starting June 22 at 8:00am:
Fall 2015 Juniors (60 – 89 earned credits)

Starting June 29 at 8:00am:
Fall 2015 Sophomores (30 – 59 earned credits)

Starting June 15 at 8:00am:
Freshmen (0 – 29 earned credits) and students interested in evening-only permits. Freshmen are eligible only for East Campus parking.

Please select your desired parking permit from the options presented based on your class standing. If any of the permit types have been sold out at the time of your purchase, it will be noted on the screen and you may choose another option. Once you have completed the online permit registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
