The Volunteer Experience requirement for the Presidential Citizen Scholar Program is that each student volunteer for a total of 6 hours of community service (fill out a volunteer experience form on each organization and write a reflective essay on your experience with one organization).  Click here for the form and instructions for this essay.

These volunteer experiences can either involve some form of community service for the betterment of the community or some form of political involvement. 

Remember:  Please get your volunteer experiences approved by PACE before you do them if you'd like to be sure they will count toward this requirement.  Contact the PACE office to make these arrangements.

    Coastal Hospice

    ECI Discussion Group - time spent leading a              discussion group

    Habitat for Humanity

    Peninsula Regional Medical Center

    Salvation Army

    Shore Up

    Soup Kitchens and Shelters in Wicomico County

    The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore
