     B.  Electoral Voice: Organizing for Voting Module
                  This is being led by Dr. Harry Basehart
                  (Co-Director, PACE and Professor, Political Science)

          June 2005 - Dr. Harry Basehart attended the Annual ADP
                   Conference in Portland, Oregon and discussed this module
                   with the group of universities participating in this module.

          Fall 2005 - Dr. Harry Basehart taught a 1-credit course
                   "College Student Voting Seminar" and conducted a voter
                    registration drive.


          Jan. 26 - 27, 2006 - Dr. Basehart attended a conference
                    in Indiannapolis, Indiana where all the universities who are
                    participating in this module discussed best practices.

          Spring 2006 - Dr. Harry Basehart taught a 1-credit course
                    "Maryland Votes - 2006"
                   

          June 14 - 17, 2006 - Dr. Basehart attended the Annual ADP
                    Conference in Snow Bird, Utah and made a presentation to
                    the group of universities participating in this module.

          Fall 2006 - Dr. Harry Basehart and Dr. Creston Long taught a 1-
                    credit course "College Student Voting Seminar" and
                    conducted a voter registration drive. This was done in
                    collaboration with a national research project sponsored by
                    the AASCU.
