Perdue School Faculty Publish in 'Journal of Business Case Studies'
SALISBURY, MD---Thomas Calo, Olivier Roche and Frank Shipper of Salisbury University’s Management and Marketing Department in the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business recently published an article in the January/February edition of the Journal of Business Case Studies.
The article, “Principled Entrepreneurship and Shared Leadership: The Case of TEOCO (The Employee Owned Company),” describes a unique corporate culture, focused on employee ownership and employee-centered human resource practices.
