The Stereo Strings Perform at SU Wednesday, November 5

Lou CoppolaSALISBURY, MD---The Stereo Strings — violinist Stephanie Myers and musette accordionist Lou Coppola – perform during Salisbury University Dining Services’ annual French Week Dinner on Wednesday, November 5.

Myers has played for five presidents and at two Olympics. She and Coppola perform from 5-7 p.m. in the Commons.

The menu, served from 4:30-7:30 p.m., includes rosemary rotisserie chicken, coquille St. Jacques (scallops and shrimp), grilled steak Dianne, French beans in shallot butter, French rice, vegetable tian with potatoes, baguettes, croissants, chocolate mousse, French apple pie, chocolate éclairs, French cream horns and French butter cake.
