Student Voice Recital is Tuesday, November 30

SALISBURY, MD---The vocal talents of Salisbury University music students are showcased in a recital 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, in the Great Hall of Holloway Hall. The students are under the direction of Anne Binkley, vocal trainer for SU’s Department of Music. They perform pieces from international composers including Franz Schubert, Georg Frideric Handel, Samuel Barber and Giovanni Bononcini. Featured performers are senior Megan Centineo of Salisbury, MD, junior Danielle Lynch of Pasadena, MD, junior Abi Treut of Asbury, NJ, and freshman William Willis of Stevensville, MD. Selections include: "Must the Winter Come So Soon?" from Barber’s Vanessa, Handel’s "Beo Piacere, Encantada Maria," a Latin American folk song, and "Per la Gloria d’Adoravi" from Bononcini’s Griselda.
