Steinway Artist Walters Performs at SU October 29

Teresa WaltersSALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Patricia White Wroten Piano Concert Series presents a performance by Steinway Artist Teresa Walters 7 p.m. Thursday, October 29, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.

Walters has performed as a recitalist and orchestral soloist on six continents, including most of the U.S., at venues including New York’s Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, London’s Wigmore Hall, Paris’ Salle Cortot and Moscow’s Great Hall.

She has received prestigious invitations to play at the Franz Liszt Museum in Budapest, as well as at Liszt’s birthplace in Raiding, Hungary, and was the first American pianist invited to present three anniversary concerts in honor of Liszt’s birthday. She also was invited to perform at Esterhazy Palace in Austria under the patronage of Prince Anton Esterhazy.
