Smart Start Your Business at SU Monday, September 20 (September 7, 2004)

SALISBURY, MD---Is owning and running your own business a good choice for you? What are the risks and rewards? How to get started?

"Smart Start Your Business," a small-group training course sponsored by Salisbury University's Small Business Development Center (SBDC), is a good place to start. The next session is Monday, September 20, 6-8:30 p.m. at the SBDC offices in the Power Professional Building at the corner of Wayne and Power streets in Salisbury.

The course is held monthly at various locations throughout the Eastern Shore and is perfect for individuals exploring entrepreneurship or who need the basics of business start-up in a convenient evening format. The instructor is a business counselor from the SBDC who discusses the basics of starting a business. Resource information and a business plan guide are provided.
