Smart Start Your Business With SBDC March 8-9

SALISBURY, MD---"Smart Start Your Business," a short small-group session created for those who cannot attend the all-day "How to Start Your Own Business" course, is offered by Salisbury University?s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Monday, March 8, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. in Room 219 of the Power Professional Building on Power Street. The SBDC also sponsors the course from 5:30-7:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, in Room 27 of the Economic Development Center at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, MD.

An accompanying computer laboratory session is Monday, March 15, from 9 a.m.-noon in Room 26. The instructor is a business counselor from the SBDC who discusses the basics of starting a business. Resource information and a business plan guide are provided. The cost of the course is $15 at SU, $31 at Chesapeake.
