Sea Gull Social Club Seeks New Members

SALISBURY, MD---Food, friends and Salisbury University—they all go together in the Sea Gull Social Club. The club holds a cocktail party 6:30 p.m. Saturday, September 11, in the Worcester Room of the Commons to inaugurate the fall semester. New SU faculty and staff are invited at no cost. Founded in 1972 to support SU Athletics, the club continues to thrive as an active community organization. Membership is $150 per person, with 15 percent benefiting the SU General Scholarship Fund. Last year, the club donated $2,000 to the fund. The club is seeking new members for the 2004-05 season. University faculty and staff receive 20 percent off the regular membership cost.
