Salisbury Chorale, Asbury Church Co-Sponsor Thanksgiving Concert November 18

SALISBURY, MD---Asbury United Methodist Church; Robert Young, director of music and host; and the Salisbury Chorale of Salisbury University sponsor a concert of inspirational Thanksgiving music 3 p.m. Sunday, November 18, at Asbury Church.

Dr. William Folger, director of choral activities at SU, conducts the concert with brass and organ, featuring the Rutter Gloria.  Participating choirs include  Bethesda United Methodist Church, Jeff Baer, director of music and organist; Wicomico Presbyterian Church, Susan Zimmer, director of music and organist; St. Albans Episcopal Church, Veronica Knier, director of music and organist; Trinity United Methodist Church, Phyllis Oldham, sanctuary choir director and David Lawson, organist; St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, William Alexander, director of music and organist; Asbury United Methodist Church, Robert Young, director of music and organist; and  the Worcester Chorale, William Folger, director, June Todd, pianist.
