SU's Fall Environmental Studies Colloquium Series Continues Wednesday, October 14

Environmental studiesSALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s fall Environmental Studies Colloquium Series continues with “Recycling the Elements of Life: Nitrogen, Carbon and a Few Good Words” featuring Nick and Catherine Carter.

Their presentation is 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 14, in Henson Science Hall Room 243. Nick is a retired Maryland Department of Natural Resources fisheries biologist and acclaimed ecologist who is continuing a lifelong forest and ecosystem regeneration project on his property. His daughter, Catherine, is a poet and author of two books of poetry: The Swamp Monster at Home and The Memory of Gills.
