SU Summer Camps Explore Arts, Nature

SALISBURY, MD---Looking for summer activities for the kids?

Salisbury University, in partnership with The Freeman Stage at Bayside, offers two summer programs for children ages 5-10.

The summer begins with Arts in Motion from Monday-Wednesday, July 11-13. Participants will learn to use music, dance, song and color to express movement, which contributes to personal well-being.

During Discovery Days, held Monday-Wednesday, August 1-3, children uncover nature and explore surroundings with photography, using imagery to build projects.

Both camps are 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at The Freeman Stage at Bayside, 31750 Lakeview Drive in Selbyville, DE.  Cost is $80 per session and enrollment is limited to 20 campers per session.

Camps will be taught by four SU counselors.  They will promote an appreciation for knowledge, creativity and teamwork.

A healthy snack, a t-shirt and all materials are included.  Campers should bring a brown bag lunch.  For more information or to register call 410-677-5416.
