SU Ranks High in NACUFS Survey

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Dining Services is above its peers in categories from food taste and freshness to cleanliness, according to a recent survey by the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS).

Some 1,053 SU students, faculty, staff and community members ranked the University above NACUFS peer standards in every category, including overall cleanliness, freshness of food, taste, cleanliness of serving areas, cleanliness of eating areas and food overall.

“The excellent results we experienced from the NACUFS survey can be directly attributed to the professional and caring staff that we have employed at SU Dining Services,” said Paul Land, auxiliary services director.

In all, some 78 percent of students surveyed said they were satisfied with SU Dining Services. Some 88 percent of faculty reported satisfaction, as did some 83 percent of staff.
