SU Contingent Attends Tawes Crab and Clam Bake

SU Faculty, Staff and Students at the Crab and Clambake FestivalSALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University was out in full force at this year’s J. Millard Tawes Crab and Clambake Festival.

SU had a tent highlighting the University’s respected Business, Economic and Community Outreach Network (BEACON), the Nursing Department and the Ward Museum, and also had Admissions representatives on hand to talk with potential students.

SU’s staff and students had the opportunity to hob-knob with Maryland’s Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford, whose daughter Kristin is a current communication arts major at SU; Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot; and other various state and local officials.
