SSU's Oktoberfest October 11 on Main Mall

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury State University German Club sponsors its 27th annual Oktoberfest on Wednesday, October 11, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on the main mall on the SSU campus. (Rain location is the Wicomico Room of the Guerrieri Center.) The public is cordially invited to attend.

With participants from both campus and community organizations the festival features German food, baked goods, T-shirts and books for sale. Entertainment includes demonstrations by the Society for Creative Anachronism and the faculty dunking booth, as well as Karaoke with a small back-up band and a silent auction.

Prizes include a free semester worth of books and a color TV.
