Rosh Hashanah Dinner Scheduled September 30

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University celebrates Rosh Hashanah with a special dinner 4:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 30, in the Bistro of the Commons.

The menu includes honey tasting with apples (orange blossom, clover and alfalfa honey with Granny Smith, red MacIntosh, yellow delicious and Fuji apples), honey-glazed salmon, pomegranate chicken, vegan black-eyed peas, wild and white rice, vegan potato-mushroom kugel, green beans with lemon-wine sauce, honey-glazed carrots, Challah, carrot cake with cream cheese icing and Dutch apple pie.
